A Totally True Account of a Sister, part two

Virika laid the fic aside for a while, Usha actually uncovered it during her next christmas visit. She had, of course, not come from the mountains or a distance village, but her SAMMANA Transport NPO secretarial job in West Bengal. Due to circumstances, the family could make better use of her remittances than her regular presence. Their Mother, Jyoti, had survived her bout with covid, but was still frequently bedridden with long covid symptoms, and refusing to expose her husband or children “just in case”. In Mina’s old house. Mina had left it when Uddyam died, and it has served as a makeshift hospital for several people in the village. There were occasional letters from Mina in her travels, but they weren’t too clear on where she was exactly, beyond occasional mention of distant relatives. The lot had fallen to Virika to do standard mothering things for her younger brothers and sister. Kshitij was still doing his handyman work, but the financial burden was high without Mina around to pitch in occasionally – so Usha’s contributions were appreciated.

Usha was a little miffed at some of Virika’s characterizations. No, she wasn’t trying to make a husband happen. Mina had planted the thought of needing to actually be dependent on only her own devices first. Her fictional obsession with Uddiyana was not completely unfounded, as Nauli had seemed to be one of her idle animations for years now; at least she wasn’t running on spite anymore, after that disaster of a yogasana competition. She outright criticized Virika for not using ‘penis’ and ‘vagina’ in an English work, but the point was made. She made a point of asking Virika to elaborate on the students in the future, as her younger sister very much needed the occasional distraction and time to herself.

Mina would eventually show up at Usha’s apartment in West Bengal.


Usha sits with her two students. It is one thing to stretch, it another thing to have goals.

Megha (মেঘ) is full and fluffy like a monsoon cloud. She would give you a hug and you would get lost in the poofy. Usha thinks to herself that, if she did the floating technique, she would be a hot air balloon, but she keeps this a secret, not knowing how to find her spine. She wanted to twist and flop about, and be dainty and not knock things she couldn’t see off tables sometimes.

Antarmukhi (অন্তর্মুখী) is a boney little thing, hardly a man when he was a man, and not much better of a woman. Usha has been trying to feed her food to fatten her up, but Usha cooked it so. Usha calls her Grace, because only God could have let that thing live up until now. She almost always kept her boga inside her body. she did not shave her crotch but that was probably a good thing. Usha wanted to see how she peed. She said her goal was a secret, but she especially wanted to backbend.

Usha pretended she was Mom and gave them both chores. The had to plant a garden at the house they had paid for, and had to walk for water, Usha was afraid of all the people walking by the house, since they had all tried to jam themselves into her hole before. So when they were good enough, Megha and grace would perform by the road for money.

Megha learned how to wave her belly in nauli like big ocean waves. She was too chubby to grab her spine, so Usha was glad she hadn’t mentioned anything. Usha is inspired. She still preforms Uddiyana Bandha with a tied spine the days she trains Megha, but when Megha is off doing chores and earning money by the road, she experiments with a new move.

Ardheka Bandha (1) is what she calls it. After loosening her guts with stretches, she pulls everything into a baby belly – her intestines, her stomach, her lungs and even heart. She massages and pushes it with her hands until it looks like she caught a ball in a cup and the cup is her pelvis. She tries not to play with her navel like this – who knows, if its too stretchy her guts may pop out though it. It wobbles back and forth a little with her heartbeat.

Grace really wants to just do backbends, but Usha makes her do other things. It’s obvious she needs to learn more, because her boga pops out all the time, and she doesn’t want to do anything when it’s out. Sometimes Usha grabs her boga and shoves it back in while Grace leans a pose, because what would Usha know what to do with a boga.

Usha doesn’t really want to be inspired by Grace but she is anyways. Megha catches Mina sitting on the floor, legs wrapped up in a lotus. Staring at her own choot, prodding her tight skin on the inside of her pelvis. Most of her guts are in her ribcage, but her bladder is still down low so she can pee. She tries pushing her bladder out through her choot, but all she does is pee on herself and Megha laughs at her and she laughs back so nobody sees she’s embarrassed and she never tries it again(2).

Eventually Usha showed Megha her Ardheka Bandha, and she was impresses impressed impressed, but still joked about asking when the baby was coming. and if Grace was the father. Usha didn’t like it. She make Megha bend backwards in chakrasana for an hour extra, poking at her while Megha whined she was tired.

Eventually Usha got good enough with Ardheka to practice tying it off with a spine knot. This was not as good for carrying herself around the house as a knotted Uddiyana but that was ok, because Megha would sneak up behind Usha and do pattycake with the big belly hanging out behind her, so it was safer to walk anyways. She would walk around the village in a kurti and a skirt, and be treated like a pregnant woman. Children would rest thir hands on her belly and feel a heartbeat, and run a way excited. Parents would talk about who the father could be, and as the months passed, why she did not give birth. Usha’s omission of fact went as long as she could, then she would switch to knotted Uddiyana under her kurti on her days out in the house, with moist eyes.

She had tricked herself into thinking that, by not saying words, she was not lying to her neighbors. But she was convicted by God in her heart, and prayed for forgiveness, and went around to her neighbors in a saree and blouse and demonstrated the truth, up to the tying of her spine.

Grace had revealed to Megha her secret ambition, Laying on her front, she wanted to lift her chest up and backwards, wrapping her spine around her head, to place her face at the intersection of her legs. Megha though this was naughty, and perhaps impossible, but she agreed to help. Megha leaned heavily on her fellow student, forcing Grace into a dangerous bend, above anything their teacher would improve, for several nights while Usha slept. Grace’s boga frequently popped out where Megha would tease it, and her, saying that Grace’s skill was useless if Grace could not hold it in while stiffened by blood.

In the day, while training, Grace would ask Usha about combating this stiffness, not revealing the context, since she knew much about combating other stiffnesses. Usha thought of what the bible said, and repeated it, that you should not feed the body things that inflame evil desires(3) – and if her stretching had become a problem, she should focus on other things for a while. Grace nodded, but refused to consider this, as to reach a goal one must pay the required costs. Not getting a denial that her training wasn’t the issue, Usha gave Grace more duties working the garden and cooking.

Megha continued to tease Grace in every manner she could during the nights, including forcing Graces boga into herself while Grace was collapsed helplessly under her weight, Trying to force Grace to give her what she could not get from her life before journeying to Usha’s hole – and failing.(4)(5)

Finally, through the submission of Grace’s muscles, her spine wrapped around her head and he face planted into her hairy crotch forest. For the first time, as Megha watched, Grace relaxed and let her boga slide out intentionally, taking it in her mouth feeling it, sucking it, and then biting it at the base. Megha screamed, waking Mina, and their teacher ran into the room to see Grace having her first period.

Grace uncurled, all naked torn and bleeding, and dizzy-shouted “Its gone… I dont… I’m free” before collapsing because you really should eat things with high iron before your period happens.

The took Grace to the doctor, who didn’t believe their “dick fell off” story one bit, and also didn’t believe the truth, because the police were called in. Megha went to prison for abuse, and found the quiet of the cell was a perfect place to practice her asana. Usha went to prison for negligence, but when she asked the guards if she could go, and the said yes, she didn’t realize they were joking, so she slipped through the prison bars and went back to the house.

Usha soon sold the house, not liking the memories it held. She took the money, sis her knotted Ardheka, and stuck the bag of money in her empty ribcage to keep it safe. Then she traveled back to her hole back in the mountains, to rebuild and replant her little hole and garden, sat abandoned for three months, and promised herself not to take any crazy students who didn’t trust the bible again.
